Karl
Hinn
Senior Associate
Karl Hinn is a Senior Associate in the Private Equity & Real Estate practice of Arendt & Medernach. He specialises in the structuring and set-up of alternative fund structures and assists our clients with all related legal and regulatory matters.
Karl studied law in Freiburg and has passed the first (2015) and second (2017) German State Exams in Law. He also holds an LL.M. from Northwestern University in Chicago (USA).
Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach, he gained extensive experience at a large international law firm in Luxembourg.
Karl is admitted to the Luxembourg Bar (List IV) and the New York Bar, and is a member of the Stuttgart Bar Association.
