Héctor Lorca
Senior Manager
Daniel Héctor Lorca is a Senior Manager in the private equity and real estate department at Arendt Services SA.
Prior to joining Arendt Services, he gained experience working in the corporate department of a well-established Professional of the Financial Sector in Luxembourg, assisting mostly private equity and real estate firms with a focus on US, European and South American markets.
Daniel has a wide range of experience in private wealth, private equity, real estate and fund structures, for which he acts as director/manager on the boards of Luxembourg-based entities.
He is a specialist in setting-up, day-to-day management, restructuring and liquidation processes of corporate structures and entities.
Daniel holds a Double Master’s of Laws and Legal Practice (LL.M.) from Garrigues (Spain) and an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from EAE Business School (Spain). He is also a qualified lawyer in Spain.
Languages: English, Portuguese, Spanish.
