Adrian Aldinger
Adrian Aldinger is a Partner in the Private Equity & Real Estate practice of Arendt & Medernach where he advises fund sponsors on all legal and regulatory aspects related to the structuring, formation, marketing and ongoing operation of alternative investment funds with a particular focus on real estate, private equity, debt and venture capital funds.
Clara Mara-Marhuenda
Clara Mara-Marhuenda is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution and Commercial & Insolvency practices of Arendt & Medernach. She specialises in civil and commercial law focusing on corporate and finance disputes.
Gaëlle Schneider
Gaëlle Schneider is a Principal at Arendt. She is in charge of promoting and facilitating the seamless offer of all fund-related services provided by Arendt entities in relation to the entire life cycle of funds. She has strong experience in investment fund related matters, advising clients on the structuring, creation, organisation and marketing of investment funds and management companies.
