Véronique Marty is a Director at Arendt Investor Services S.A., heading notably the Corporate Services and Liquidation activities. She is a regular trainer with Arendt Institute on those topics.
Véronique first joined Arendt & Medernach in 2006, as a legal advisor specializing in corporate law, where she advised private equity firms, hedge funds and real estate funds on the structuring and financing of international transactions, corporate reorganizations and mergers and acquisitions.
