Marcel Kaiser is a Counsel in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach.
He specialises in investment fund and investment fund manager matters, mainly advising domestic and international clients on the legal and regulatory aspects of product and license authorisations, restructuring processes and regular governance questions, with a focus on AML/CFT requirements.
- Marcel studied law in Bonn (Germany), Toulouse (France) and Luxembourg.
- He is a German-qualified lawyer and holds the German first (2015) and second (2018) State Examinations in law, as well as an LL.M. in European Law from the University of Luxembourg (Luxembourg).
- He has been a member of the Koblenz Bar (Germany) since 2019 and is involved in Luxembourg industry groups with a focus on AML/CFT.
- Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach, Marcel gained experience at international law firms in Cologne, Düsseldorf and Luxembourg.
