Arendt represents clients in complex domestic and international commercial arbitrations and has recently advised clients in ad hoc as well as in institutional arbitrations under the rules of the Arbitration Centre of the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce, DIS, ICC, etc. We advise clients of all industry sectors, including construction and real estate property, energy, transportation, banking and finance, corporate & M&A, IT, media, and life sciences.
We have wide experience in enforcing and challenging international awards, as well as in preliminary measures supporting arbitration proceedings before Luxembourg courts. We further have specific experience in the field of asset tracing.
Members of the team regularly serve as party-appointed arbitrators, sole arbitrators and chairpersons of arbitral tribunals in complex disputes, and have experience in serving as expert witnesses in CEPANI, ICC or LCIA proceedings.
