About the training session

Objectives

This training session is intended to provide participants with the essential knowledge of the key features of the different types of Luxembourg alternative investment fund, with a focus on the reserved alternative investment fund (RAIF) and the limited partnerships, as well as an overview on the European fund labels, the European Venture Capital Funds (EuVECA), the European Social Entrepreneurship Funds (EuSEF) and the European Long-Term Investment Funds (ELTIF).

We will examine the main legal and regulatory features of these funds as well as the requirements related to their structuring, setting up and launching. The in-depth training will also highlight the interactions between the funds and the alternative investment fund managers directive (AIFMD).
