Luxembourg, 8 March 2017 - Arendt & Medernach has the pleasure to announce the nomination of Marianne Rau as Partner.

Marianne Rau is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution, in the Administrative Law, Property, Construction & Environment and in the Private Wealth practices.

Marianne practices general commercial litigation, with experience spanning many industries and areas of practice including complex commercial and corporate disputes (contractual disputes, transportation, supply of goods and services, shareholder and investor disputes and invoice recovery).

She has strong expertise in civil liability and insurance coverage disputes (professional liability, construction, medical matters, major accidents and personal injuries).

Marianne is moreover an expert in real estate and construction law advising enterprises on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, development, lease and construction.

She also has significant experience in public and regulatory law advising parties involved notably in the financial, energy, telecom and postal service sectors.

In addition Marianne’s expertise encompasses civil and inheritance law and she assists clients in estate litigation matters and legal disputes between inheritors in particular.
