Summer is officially here but we figured that many of us will still be working away from our offices on 12 July 2022! So we are very pleased to invite you to a breakfast seminar which will take place in person in London on that day.

We will be sharing our experience on the so-called “democratisation” of private funds whereby fund managers look at making private markets opportunities accessible to non-professional investors. We will look at the types of structures that are available in Luxembourg for this purpose (Part II Funds, ELTIFs, RAIFs…), discuss the emergence of additional distribution channels (private banks, fund distribution platforms…) and address any regulatory limits thereto.

We are also very pleased that Tarun Nagpal, Founder of S64 Capital Innovation, will join the discussion and tell us more about how managers overcome barriers to access non-traditional sources of capital in different parts of the world.

Please contact the London Office (Hope.Lawrence@arendt.com) or the Events Team (events@arendt.com) with any questions.
