Arendt assisted the Acron Group, which specialises in real estate club deals, in the acquisition of a shareholding in Wooden S.A. from BPI Real Estate Luxembourg and IKO Real Estate.

Wooden S.A. is currently constructing the first large-scale wooden building in Luxembourg (9,462 m2 of usable surface area) according to the environmental state of the art, certified to the WELL Building Standard® and rated BREEAM “Excellent”.

The Wooden building is already fully leased and will be the new headquarters of Bâloise Assurances Luxembourg, among other companies.

Arendt & Medernach advised the Acron Group on all Luxembourg law-related aspects of the deal, while Arendt Regulatory & Consulting assisted the Acron Group with the technical aspects.
