Noémie Haller is a Counsel in the Employment Law, Pensions & Benefits and Business Crime practices of Arendt & Medernach.
She acquired, prior joining Arendt, broad experience in litigation and dispute resolution (civil, commercial, employment matters). She now specialises in employment, benefits and social security as well as related criminal law aspects. Her practice encompasses both advisory and litigation in relation to individual and collective employment issues and employer representation. She deals will all kinds of employment matters and related criminal law aspects, such as issues relating to employment contracts and terminations, compensation scheme and remuneration policies, moral harassment, whistleblowing, social security, restructurings and reorganisations.
She presents regularly at conferences and training events.
Noémie has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2012.
She holds a Master’s in Cross-Border Business Law from the University of Lorraine (France) and a Magister der Rechte (LL.M.) from the University of Trier (Germany) and a Licence in French-German Private Law.
She is a member of the Employment Law Specialists Association in Luxembourg.
Prior joining Arendt, Noémie worked at several other law firms in Luxembourg, where she specialised in litigation and dispute resolution (civil, commercial, employment law) and advised both domestic and international clients from all industry sectors.
