Arendt is pleased to invite you to a webinar session (45 minutes) on Tuesday, 1 March 2022 entitled "The new CBDF rules – 6 months later, how does it all work in practice?".
CBDF rules, including ESMA guidelines on marketing communications, have now been implemented in almost every EU country. However, uncertainty remains about how the relevant rules and conditions should be applied in practice.
Let us guide you through this new landscape, and shed some light on how these requirements are to be met in practice.
This session will serve as a follow-up to a preceding set of webinars during which we will walk through practical questions and facts around the CBDF regime. Several topics will be covered, including different ways to comply with the facilities retail requirements, mandatory assessments for the harmonised de-notification process, and how pre-marketing is now organised – not forgetting the industry’s keen interest in the new requirements for marketing communications.
