The fourth webinar in the series will be held on 27 January, and is called Trends in TP controversies: MAPs and APAs.

In an international environment where tax authorities are increasingly making local transfer pricing adjustments, MAPs and bi/multi-lateral APAs have become essential tools with which taxpayers can challenge the double taxation of their profits. Our Tax Partner Alain Goebel and Benjamin Tempelaere, Senior Associate, will present the practical features of MAPs and APAs in transfer pricing, as well as the current administrative practice as understood from our observation of recent cases. In particular, they will cover the available MAP and APA regimes, recent trends in the related dispute resolution processes, and issues of practical application.

We look forward to welcoming you to our upcoming webinars.
