We are pleased to invite you to our webinar “Focus on loan origination funds” which will take place on 25 January 2022.
Nicolas Bouveret and Claudia Hoffmann will talk about the provisions to be introduced in the AIFM Directive to bring further harmonisation to the European private debt funds market, in particular in respect of loan origination activities by AIFs. They will also discuss the new regime proposed by the European Commission for this purpose.
