Tomás
Jódar Cobo
Senior Associate
Tomás Jódar Cobo is a Senior Associate in the Finance & Capital Markets practice of Arendt & Medernach.
Tomás advises on all types of financing transactions, including secured and unsecured bank lending, structured finance, acquisition finance and asset finance.
Before joining Arendt, Tomás worked as an in-house lawyer in the real estate financing and corporate investment department of a major European banking institution and in other law firms in Spain and in the USA.
Tomás was a lecturer at the EU Business School in Barcelona (Spain).
He is a member of the Spanish Bar and currently in the process to be member of the Luxembourg Bar (List IV).
Tomás holds a Juris Doctor degree from Universitat de Barcelona (Spain), LL.M from Universitat de Barcelona (Spain), a Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University (FL, USA) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from IESE Business School (Spain).
Languages: Catalan, English, Spanish.
