In this session, our experts will discuss the issues surrounding the delay of Level 2 of the SFDR, as well as the additional SFDR guidance provided by the European Commission in its Q&A published in July. Analysing the consequences this delay will have for various regulatory deadlines and reporting obligations under the SFDR and the Taxonomy Regulation, our speakers will engage in an interactive discussion of the challenges arising from recent regulatory developments. They will also share new information on green and social bonds. Finally, the session will include a brief regulatory update on broader market trends and news, to keep you up to speed with the many new ESG texts out there (Renewed Sustainable Finance Strategy, extension of the EU Taxonomy framework to recognise transition efforts and account for social objectives, and more).
