Arendt & Medernach has advised leading private equity firm Nordic Capital on its latest fund, Nordic Capital Evolution Fund, which was raised in only three months and closed at its hard cap of €1.2 billion.

The fund will focus on mid-market buyout opportunities across Northern Europe in the healthcare, technology & payments as well as financial services sectors.

Working alongside lead counsel Kirkland & Ellis as well as counsel Carey Olsen, the Arendt funds team advising Nordic Capital was comprised of Adrian Aldinger, Susanna Güven, Tom Berg and Carlos Rodriguez.
