Esther Wüthrich-Rogenmoser is a Counsel in the Knowledge Management department of Arendt & Medernach.

She is responsible for the development and implementation of fund-related knowledge management projects and initiatives within the Investment Management practice area.

Before joining the Knowledge Management department in 2014, she specialised in matters related to investment funds, advising international clients on the regulatory, corporate, contractual and organisational aspects of investment vehicles, with a particular focus on the legal and regulatory requirements for Luxembourg companies managing such vehicles in both the UCITS and AIF environments.

She is a member of the Swiss Bar (1999) and has been admitted to practice in Luxembourg under her Swiss professional title (2013).

Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach, she practiced Swiss corporate law and worked for the corporate departments of two mid-sized law firms in Zurich (Switzerland).

Esther Wüthrich-Rogenmoser holds a law degree from the Université de Fribourg (Switzerland, 1997) and an LL.M. from the University of Texas at Austin (USA, 2001).
