Senior Manager

Emilie Ramponi is Senior Manager in the Governance Services practice of Arendt Investor Services. She is responsible for reviewing/setting the standards for good governance across the company and clients, and facilitates strategic digital transformation initiatives aimed at optimizing board efficiency. Emilie is also taking charge of developing and maintaining a comprehensive training program for governance professionals within the company and outside, and acts as instructor for these courses.

Emilie has a strong expertise in corporate secretarial activities and governance proceedings for a diverse range of regulated and unregulated funds such as UCITS and private equity/private debt funds, as well as so-called Super ManCos. She possesses deep knowledge of complex governing structures involving boards and various advisory and operating committees, enabling her to bring valuable boardroom experience and provide guidance to clients.

Emilie has a strong expertise in a broad range of regulated and unregulated structures such as traditional funds, multi-manager funds, pension funds or private equity funds as well as so-called Super ManCos.

Emilie holds a Bachelors’ Degree (Hons) in Business Administration from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Troyes (Y Schools – formerly known as Groupe ESC Troyes). She studied at the University of Jyväskylä (Finland) and the University of Sunderland (United Kingdom) as part of the International Network for Business Administration (INBA) program.

She is affiliated member of the ILA (Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs) and a member of the board of directors in a number of fund vehicles, including UCITS and RAIFs.

Emilie started her professional career in 2006 in the banking sector in Luxembourg. In 2010 she moved to a US management company where she gained solid knowledge and demonstrated proficiency in managing the legal cycle of investment funds and dedication to fostering collaboration.
