Jennyfer Nündel is a Counsel in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach.

She advises on all corporate and regulatory aspects of alternative investment fund structuring (private equity, debt, infrastructure, real estate) and fund investments. She also advises fund managers on their formation and approval processes, both at the outset and on an ongoing basis to facilitate their day-to-day business.

Jennyfer’s practice-oriented advice was formed by the experience she gained over several years working for the Luxembourg fund manager of a well-known German company.

She maintains close ties with German and international partner law firms.

Jennyfer is co-author of the Luxembourg chapter of a Private Equity handbook.

She was admitted to the German Bar in 2011.

Jennyfer is a German-qualified lawyer; she passed her first State exam in Berlin (2009) and her second State exam in Saarbrücken (2011). She holds a master’s degree from the University of Metz (France).
