Objectives

In this online training session, our experts will:

  • Identify duties and responsibilities of investment fund directors and conducting officers, taking into account the COVID 19 context
  • Determine the respective roles of governing bodies and senior management
  • Identify the new rules and regulations recently issued allowing investment funds and their managers to face the COVID 19 crisis
  • Give practical guidance to directors / conducting persons on good practices they should adopt, in particular in a in a COVID 19 context
  • Advice on means to limit liability risks.
