Pierre Wauthier is a Lead Advisor specialised in Real Estate at Arendt Regulatory & Consulting.

He oversees the provision of advisory services to the real estate industry, with a long track record in the sector.

Pierre joined Arendt after spending 17 years with various consulting and environmental engineering companies where he delivered sustainability and real estate advisory services, often in leadership roles. Over his career, Pierre has acted as advisor to decision-makers and senior executives in RE organisations of every size. Immediately prior to joining Arendt he worked in Luxembourg at a Big Four firm, where he served as Managing Director of the Sustainability and Real Estate practice for the local market.

He is versed in several areas of the real estate industry, with a focus on technical topics, and advises clients in the course of Luxembourg-based transactions. In particular, his experience centres on review of authorisations and permits, market analysis, feasibility studies, contaminated land remediation, technical due diligence and transaction management.

Pierre’s current focus is on the integration of the technical subjects into the contractual documentation of RE deals. He copes with key technical topics, sharing his experience with Arendt’s RE Lawyers to support clients with a unique combination of skills on the market.

He holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from ISI Huy-Gembloux (Belgium).
