Marc Elvinger is an Of Counsel in both the Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions and the Private Equity & Real Estate practices of Arendt & Medernach. He specialises in corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, restructuring, takeovers, stock exchange transactions as well as transactional business law, mainly in the field of private equity and real estate.

Marc’s practice experience includes advising local and international clients on all aspects of corporate law, in particular, the structuring of transactions, corporate reorganisations and the financing or re-financing of group companies. He has acted, in conjunction with major international law firms, for local and international companies advising on initial public offerings and other financing or exit strategies.

Marc has acted for a variety of investment management companies, private equity firms and property holding companies on numerous points of law.

He is member of the Luxembourg Private Equity Association (LPEA) and represents the Luxembourg Bar Association at CCBE level.

He also served on the committee of the Conférence du Jeune Barreau de Luxembourg (Luxembourg Young Bar Association) in 2001/02 and 2003/04 and was in the year 2010/11, the president of the committee of the Conférence du Jeune Barreau de Luxembourg.

He has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2001.
