Fiona de Watazzi

Fiona de Watazzi is a Senior Associate in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach where she specialises in investment fund related matters. She advises international clients on the corporate and regulatory aspects of the structuring, organisation and marketing of management companies and investment funds, with a particular focus on UCITS and AIFs. She has been a member of the New York Bar since 2010 and was admitted to the roll of solicitors of England and Wales in 2015. Fiona holds a LLB degree in law from the University of Exeter as well as a Master I degree in European Law from the Université de Rennes I.
