Senior Associate
Rupsee Sati is a Senior Associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice of Arendt & Medernach. She specialises in civil and commercial law, advising domestic and international clients on corporate and finance disputes, including pre-litigation actions, court proceedings, enforcement and settlement, with a focus on investment funds.
She also acts as counsel in domestic and international arbitration cases and has gained extensive experience in both enforcing and opposing international arbitral awards in Luxembourg courts.
She has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2018.
Rupsee holds an LL.M. in Corporate and Commercial Law from Maastricht University (the Netherlands) as well as an LL.M. in European Economic and Financial Criminal Law from the University of Luxembourg.
Languages: English, French, German, Hindi, Luxembourgish.
