We are delighted to invite you to the forthcoming conference in the midi de l’entreprise series which will take place in the Arendt House auditorium on Tuesday 30 April 2019 on the topic of Unfair competition: risks and opportunities.
This conference will present the prohibited practices of unfair competition within the context of the sale of products and services (such as misleading and aggressive commercial practices) as well as the risks and opportunities for companies under domestic and European law. Indeed, the various opportunities for action available to consumers and competitors mean that companies must remain vigilant and comply with the applicable rules.
The conference will be presented by Thomas Evans, Senior Associate, and Joe Zeaiter, Associate, of our EU & Competition Law team.
