The aim of this training is to present the role of the officer in charge of corporate administration of Luxembourg holding companies by giving a detailed description of the main corporate secretarial actions to be undertaken as well as of the applicable laws.

The scope of this training is limited to non-regulated sociétés à responsabilité limitée, sociétés anonymes and sociétés en commandite par actions.

Juliette Feitler

Juliette Feitler is a Counsel in the Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions practice area of Arendt & Medernach. She specialises in corporate law, advising multinational and domestic companies on structuring and financing mergers and acquisitions, on corporate reorganisations and corporate governance as well as on transactional business law in general. She has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2004. Before joining Arendt & Medernach in September 2012, she worked for eight years as a corporate lawyer in Luxembourg. She holds a Master’s degree in law as well as a DESS degree in comparative law from the Université de Droit, d’Economie et des Sciences d’Aix-Marseille III (France).
