Paralegal

Arendt clients can benefit from the assistance of our paralegal team for their day-to-day legal work

The team is active predominantly in drafting of standardised legal documentation, such as corporate constitutional documents, corporate resolutions, recurring documentation for companies or investment funds, as well as annual account approval packages.

The paralegal team is headed by experienced qualified corporate lawyers (Avocats à la Cour) and is a full part of the law firm. The paralegals work closely with Arendt’s corporate law and regulatory experts to meet clients’ expectations and deadlines. Clients therefore benefit from competitive rates for paralegal work, which can be shifted seamlessly to the legal teams if the complexity of the matter demands it.
