Louisa Silcox is a Counsel in the Employment law, Benefits & Pension practice of Arendt & Medernach.

She provides advice and assistance on all employment, benefits, social security and/or immigration issues, including the employee/employer relationship aspects of major corporate operations (including mergers, acquisitions, IPOs, restructurings, management buy-outs and outsourcing), recruitment planning, benefits and incentives (including compensation and benefit schemes, equity schemes, share option plans and pension schemes), service provision issues, redundancy plans, pensions, health and safety and insolvency procedures, as well as assisting clients in trade union, ministerial and administrative relations.

Louisa holds a double Master’s degree in Anglo-American and French law from the University of Paris X (France) and a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) from Glasgow University (UK). She is a Luxembourg-qualified lawyer.

She is notably a member of ELSA (the Luxembourg Employment Law Specialists Association).
