Pinto
Senior Associate
Philippe Pinto is a Senior Associate in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach.
Philippe joined the firm in 2018. He specialises in investment fund matters and advises domestic and international clients on corporate and regulatory aspects of the structuring, organisation and marketing of management entities and investment funds, with a particular focus on complex AIFs with illiquid strategies. Further fields of expertise include structuring and negotiation of fund restructurings, carried interest, and other internal economic arrangements.
He has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2019.
He holds a Master’s in Business Law and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (France).
