Elvin is Director in the Corporate Services department at Arendt Investor Services, focusing on Private Equity and Real Estate.

Elvin has over 16 years experience in both audit and corporate services of regulated and unregulated entities. He started his professional career in 2003 as auditor within global audit firms. In 2009, he moved to corporate services focusing on alternative investment funds. He joined Arendt in 2012 as a senior manager in accounting.

Elvin has wide range experience in private equity, real estate and hedge fund structures for which he acts as director/manager on the board of several of these companies. Over the past 10 years, he has closely worked in the administration of Luxembourg holding and financing vehicles,  specialised  investment  funds,  securitisation  companies  and  family  wealth management companies.

Elvin’s particular focus on the private equity and real estate industries (with accounts in IFRS, US  GAAP,  and/or  Lux  GAAP),  has built  an  extensive  network   in  Luxembourg  and internationally, working with clients in the US, the UK, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Czech Republic, Poland, Korea, and China, among others. His international exposure has allowed him to gain an in-depth knowledge of applicable frameworks as well as business customs and cultural backgrounds.

Elvin is also a specialist in IFRS, Consolidation and Luxembourg GAAP. He provides IFRS and Luxembourg GAAP trainings as well as technical assistance on US GAAP reporting.

Elvin graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in the University of Santo Tomas (Philippines) with a Major in Accountancy and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
