Senior Associate
Sophie Calmes is a Senior Associate in the IP, Communication & Technology practice of Arendt & Medernach.
She has expertise in data protection and privacy, all types of intellectual property rights, e-commerce, IT outsourcing, advertising, unfair competition, consumer protection, commercial agreements, business licences and product regulation.
Sophie holds a Master’s in Business Law and a Master’s in IP & New Technologies from Aix-Marseille Université (France). She also holds an additional Master’s (LL.M.) in IP & Information Law from King’s College London (UK).
Sophie joined Arendt & Medernach in 2018. She has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2019.
Languages: English, French, German, Luxembourgish.
