Objectives

At the end of this training programme, participants will be able to:

  • Duly convene the event in full compliance with notice and quorum requirements and prepare the agenda
  • Facilitate AGMs / EGMs (members of the bureau, attendance list, voting)
  • Deal with the unexpected (documents unavailable, lack of quorum, unexpected participants, rejected resolutions)
  • Document the AGMs / EGMs with the required content and the adequate language and format
  • Perform all filings post event within the required deadline (RCSL, CSSF)
