The Frankfurt office is headed by Dr. Constanze Jacobs, supported by Paul Hoffmann (Senior Associate, Investment Management). Dr. Philipp Jost and Dominik Pauly coordinate German market activities between the Frankfurt office and Arendt’s headquarters in Luxembourg.
Dr. Constanze Jacobs
Frankfurt-based Head of office, specialist in Investment Funds. Constanze has worked in various positions in the fund industry in Luxembourg and Germany. She joins Arendt from Commerz Real AG, where she most recently served as Head of Transactions, Structuring & Asset Advisory.
Dr. Philipp Jost
Coordinator for the German market, Tax Law Partner. Philipp specialises in tax structuring for investment funds and also has expertise in the structuring of corporate, M&A, and capital markets transactions, as well as in restructurings. He joined Arendt in 2016 and previously spent several years as a tax lawyer with an international law firm in Frankfurt.
Coordinator for the German market, Finance & Capital Markets Partner. Dominik specialises in banking and financing, advising clients on complex cross-border finance transactions and restructurings. Before joining Arendt in 2020, he worked as a finance lawyer at an international law firm in Frankfurt for seven years.
