Stefan Staedter appointed Head of Arendt’s New York office

Stefan Staedter has been appointed the new Head of the New York office, effective 1 September 2023

The Partners of Arendt are delighted to announce that Stefan Staedter has been appointed the new Head of the New York office, effective 1 September 2023.

Stefan Staedter will strengthen services to our clients in New York and North America. He will also promote Arendt’s entire value chain, which encompasses the Luxembourg Legal & Tax, Regulatory & Consulting and Investor Services aspects. 

Stefan will be responsible for overseeing all operations with the six-member team who work on site in New York.

Stefan joined the law firm Arendt & Medernach in 2017, focusing his activities on investment funds, asset management, retail funds and alternative investment strategies. He became a Partner in April 2023. He now also coordinates all business development activities in the region. Access Stefan’s full profile here_

Arendt & Medernach chose New York as the base for its first overseas representative office in September 2005. Establishing an office there was the natural first step in the firm’s international expansion and has enhanced our offering to an international client base, making it possible to provide face-to-face advice on aspects of Luxembourg law that impact their businesses.
