Arendt & Medernach’s Dubai office opened ten years ago and we are now reinforcing our Dubai based team.

Emmanuelle Entringer has been appointed as Head of our Dubai office. Emmanuelle has been working in Dubai for over 10 years and has gained in-depth understanding of the GCC market, particularly in relation to funds and asset management.

Hortense Epaulard recently joined the Dubai team. Hortense is an Associate in the Private Equity & Real Estate practice of Arendt & Medernach. She specialises in the structuring and setting-up of regulated and unregulated alternative investment funds.

In coordination with the Luxembourg head office, the team in Dubai is advising Middle East clients in all areas of Luxembourg business law ranging from investment funds, banking, private wealth, private equity, real estate to corporate and tax matters, to name a few.

In addition, since the introduction of value-added tax in the UAE, our Partner Bruno Gasparotto and our Counsel Sophie Weyten also offer their expertise and in-depth experience in the VAT field to our clients in the GCC.

Our Dubai team would be pleased to assist you with your future project(s), do not hesitate to contact them: dubai@arendt.com
