Séverine Brasseur is a Counsel in the Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions practice of Arendt & Medernach.

She specialises in local and international transactions, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, as well as the set-up and structuring of groups of companies and joint ventures in Luxembourg.

Séverine also advises clients on the appropriate dispute resolution mechanisms for their transactions.

She is a member of the Paris (2010), Frankfurt (2014) and Luxembourg Bars (2017).

Séverine holds a Magister Legum (LL.M.) from the Universität zu Köln (Germany), a Franco-German Master’s (Maîtrise franco-allemande) from the Université Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne and a Master 2 in International Private Law and International Commercial Law (droit international privé et du commerce international) from the Université Paris II Panthéon Assas.

She is a member of the German Arbitration Institute (DIS).
