Arendt Regulatory & Consulting is pleased to announce that they have selected Confluence’s Unity NXT Regulatory Reporting AIFMD Transparency Reporting to support their clients with AIFMD reporting challenges.

Confluence is a major player on the US asset management industry. They aim at providing solutions in challenging environment such as AIFMD reporting. Unity NXT Regulatory Reporting AIFMD Transparency Reporting is a software service that simplifies and streamlines the AIFMD regulatory filing lifecycle for asset managers and their service providers.

“With the technology and capability that Confluence brought to us, along with our own expertise on AIFMD reporting, we have been able to guide a growing range of clients,” says Odile Renner, Partner and Head of Arendt Regulatory & Consulting. “The client interface which allows our team and the client to remotely connect at the same time and review the data is a key element as we are able to continue advising the client in an efficient manner,” adds Odile Renner. From five AIFMs late in 2014 to around 40 AIFMs today, Arendt Regulatory & Consulting expects to grow steadily in the future the number of AIFMs supported by the platform.

Odile Renner is a Partner at Arendt and heads Arendt Regulatory & Consulting (ARC). She worked as an attorney in the general corporate and M&A practice of a US law firm in Paris from 1991 to 1997. In 1998, Odile joined PricewaterhouseCoopers Luxembourg and created its “Regulatory Compliance Advisory Services”, where she became Partner in 2002. In this function, she advised and assisted international clients active in the financial sector in the set-up and functioning of their Luxembourg products and management companies.
