Luxembourg, 2 May 2017 - Arendt Regulatory & Consulting is pleased to announce the appointment of two new managers: Bénédicte d’Allard and Jasper Ronda.

Bénédicte d’Allard

Bénédicte started her career in 2004 as financial analyst in a major investment bank in Paris. Since 2008, she has acquired extensive experience in the field of regulatory compliance, organization and process optimization within financial services. Bénédicte supports clients in setting up or reorganizing their business in Luxembourg, and has given advice in the field of company governance improvement. She has also advised numerous clients in the implementation of FATCA and the Common Reporting Standard.

Jasper Ronda

Jasper started his career in 2012 when he joined the Regulatory Compliance Advisory Services department of a Big 4 in Luxembourg. Focusing on UCITS management companies and AIFMs as well as service providers in the asset management industry, Jasper acquired in-depth knowledge in the areas of regulatory compliance, business organization and process optimization in the asset management sector. He also works on the implementation of MiFID II.
