We are delighted to invite you to the forthcoming conference in the midi de l’entreprise series which will take place in the Arendt House auditorium on Tuesday 18 September 2018 on the topic of “Good practices in respect of non-competition clauses”.

The objective of this midi de l’entreprise is to enable attendees to identify:

  • non-competition clauses with third companies which may be prohibited under competition law (in particular on the occasion of the acquisition of an undertaking, the establishment of a joint venture, a cooperation or partnership agreement or a supply or distribution agreement) as well as,
  • the pitfalls to be avoided when they agree on a non-competition clause within the context of labour relations (drafting, implementation and post-contractual consequences).

The speakers at the conference will be Thomas Evans, Senior Associate, EU & Competition Law Practice and Gaëlle Leclerc , Associate, Employment Law, Pensions & Benefits Practice.
