Sybille Shakir

Sybille Shakir is a Senior Advisor in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach where she specialises in investment fund related matters, advising international clients on the corporate and regulatory aspects of creating, structuring, operating and/or marketing investment funds (including UCITS and alternative funds), management companies and AIFMs. Sybille Shakir holds a Master’s degree in Law from the Université Catholique de Louvain-La-Neuve (Belgium) as well as an LLM in European Law from Bristol University (England). Sybille also worked for a law firm based in Dublin (Ireland) for one year advising on investment fund related matters.
