The first webinar in the series will take place on 5 June, and is called "ESG in UCITS - Navigating risks and seizing opportunities".
This webinar will tackle the latest regulatory developments related to the SFDR and the EU Taxonomy and assess their implications for UCITS from a pragmatic angle. You will be provided with valuable insights and practical examples.
We will address the risks looming towards UCITS from an ESG perspective, as well as the opportunities to be seized in the ever-evolving regulatory environment. In particular, we will touch upon the state of the UCITS market in Luxembourg and the latest CSSF positions and supervisory priorities. Participants will additionally be provided with an overview of the current hot topics and aspects to keep on the radar during the upcoming months.
