Senior Associate
Viktoria Dimitrova is a Senior Associate in the Tax Law practice of Arendt & Medernach.
She advises multinationals, asset managers and institutional clients on the tax and transfer pricing implications of their business operations, with a focus on financial transactions in the asset management industry. She is experienced in complex tax and transfer pricing matters involving business restructurings, transfer of intangibles and service transactions.
Viktoria holds a Master’s in Law from the University of National and World Economy (Bulgaria). She has knowledge of the common law system acquired during her academic year at Michigan State University College of Law (USA) as a visiting scholar. She also has a postgraduate diploma in Luxembourg taxation.
Languages: Bulgarian, English, French.
