  • Legal and regulatory framework applicable to investment funds
  • Available structures and regimes (UCITS, UCIs, SIFs/SICAVs-FCPs)
  • Parties involved in the operation of an undertaking for collective investment: management company, central administration, depositary bank, etc.
  • Daily “life” of an undertaking for collective investment: practical aspects such as the amendment of constitutive documents, restructuring, etc.
