Aurélia Viémont is a Senior Associate in the Banking and Financial Services practice of Arendt & Medernach where she specialises in banking, civil and commercial law, advising institutional clients on issues relating to private banking (contentious and non-contentious) and on regulatory matters involving banks and investment firms.
She has been a member of the Luxembourg bar since 2011.
Aurélia Viémont holds a postgraduate degree (Master 2) in bilingual studies of European laws with a specialisation in Anglo-Saxon law and business law from the University of Paris X - Nanterre (France), a postgraduate degree (Master 2) in banking and financial law from the University of Paris I - Panthéon Sorbonne (France) and a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) from the University of Reading (United Kingdom).
