Owen Rowlands is a Counsel in the Private Equity & Real Estate practice of Arendt & Medernach.

He advises clients in the structuring and formation of regulated and unregulated alternative investment funds pursuing a range of investment strategies, including private equity, infrastructure, real estate and debt. He also advises on matters of Luxembourg corporate law, investment fund transaction structuring and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach, Owen interned at Mizuho Trust and Banking and JP Morgan and worked for Lloyds Banking Group.

He graduated from Sussex University with a BA (Hons) in Philosophy and English in 2008 and attended City Law School, where he received his graduate diploma in law (CPE/GDL) in 2010, completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) in 2011 and was awarded a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in 2013. He was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2019.
