Julien
Pétré
Senior Associate
Julien Pétré is a Senior Associate in the IP, Communication & Technology practice of Arendt & Medernach.
He specialises in intellectual property rights (trademarks, patents, designs and copyright), e-commerce, technology, media and telecommunications (TMT), advertising, consumer protection, product regulation, data protection and privacy. He has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar (List II) since 2019.
He began his career in 2015 as a legal analyst for a legal consultancy firm in Belgium. He also worked as a jurist for a law firm in Luxembourg, where he handled matters relating to business and commercial law, privacy regulation and intellectual property rights.
He studied law in Belgium at the University of Namur and the Université catholique de Louvain. He also holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Intellectual Property and Information Law from King’s College in London.
