Léopold
Meyers
Counsel
Léopold Meyers is a Counsel in the Finance & Capital Markets practice of Arendt & Medernach.
He advises clients in international and domestic finance transactions, in particular acquisition, real estate and fund finance transactions.
He has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2017 and a member of the Brussels Bar since 2011.
Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach, Léopold worked in Belgium with leading national Belgian law firms.
Léopold holds a Master's degree in law from the Catholic University of Louvain (Belgium).
He is the author of an article on inside information: “L’information privilégiée n’est pas nécessairement directionnelle (note sous C.J.U.E., 11 mars 2015, Lafonta, C-628/13)” in Market Abuse – Les abus de marché, Cahiers AEDBF/EVBFR, 2016, Anthemis.
