Senior Associate

Mélanie Martin is a Senior Associate in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach.

Specialised in regulated investment funds with a focus on Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities (UCITS) and alternative investment funds, she advises domestic and international clients on the regulatory, corporate and organisational aspects of the formation, development and restructuring of investment funds, investment companies and management companies.

She did a 7-month secondment at the European Investment Fund where she was part of the GEEREF legal support team and gained experience in structuring, documenting, drafting and advising on fund transactions.

Mélanie has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2017.

She holds a Master's degree in International Law from the Faculty of Law, Economic and Management Sciences of Nancy, France; and a Master’s degree with specialisation in Finance from ICN Business School (Nancy School of Management).
