Counsel
Evelyne Lordong is a Counsel in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Commercial & Insolvency practices of Arendt & Medernach.
She specialises in civil and commercial law, advising domestic and international clients on corporate, commercial and financial disputes, as well as on insolvency and restructuring matters.
Evelyne also advises, assists and represents investment funds and their service providers, including management companies and custodian banks, in all kinds of disputes with or between investors or between funds and their service providers.
She has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2013 and joined Arendt & Medernach the same year.
She is a member of the Civil Procedure Commission of the Luxembourg Bar.
Evelyne holds a Master’s 2 in Litigation from Université Nancy-II (France).
Languages: English, French, German, Italian, Luxembourgish.
